My experience with buying vehicles from Dealerships has not always been very pleasant more of a burden than anything else. I was very reluctant to buy a new vehicle not only because of my personal issues, but because I did not want to be put into something I did not want. I searched on line for dealerships and came across CVA, very reluctantly I filled out the online form and waited, a few hours later I received and email and then a phone call, both were very pleasant and I felt comfortable right away, being the skeptic that I am I went a head and made an appointment, from the time I walked in to the time I left I felt good, We got the truck we wanted, felt dealt about the whole deal, they worked with us until "we" got what we wanted and made it happen. CVA treated us with respect and as if we had always done business with them. I highly recommend them and I will be a returning customer in the future.

The service department well exceeded all my expectations and the expereince from start to finish was outstanding. The service director Rich May helped me through the intire warranty process of fixing my car. He was always in contact with me and made me feel comfortable through a situation I was unfamiliar with. I would highly recommend Central Valley to buy and /or repair cars. Laurrie

Mr.Smulson Thank you for the great expereince buying my Challenger ! As you know we went to merced first because of location and was very unhappy with the expereince,then I went home and got online and found your dealership and called you!You where so nice and helpful to me on the phone and explained the different packages available.I love my Challenger and I love the way you do business. I just took my car last week to Central Valley Chrysler, the service was excellant. Rich May the service director took great care of me and my car.This was third time I had my car service at the dealership. My car was washed and repaired in very timely manner. The cost was very resonable too. Thanks Rich for taking care of me I will be back again....Jim

I used to be cautious when taking my vehicles to dealers for service. But I gotta say Central Valley Automotive always makes me feel important and I can always trust them when it comes to getting my car serviced or repaired. The hardest thing to find in a dealership is someone that you can trust. Although I'm sure everyone at CVA is good at what they do, I have been using Greg Rasmussen for all my service and repair needs for over 10 years. I continue to bring my vehicles in not only for the fair price, but most importantly the superb customer service I get from Greg. My vehicles are always done when promised and I have never had to return my vehicle for the same related problem. You can't go wrong with this service department. - Joe A.

CVA was recommended to me by a friend who has been completely satisfied with them. Since moving all my repair needs to CVA, I have had absolutely no issues with their work. I have had many repairs done there on my Chrysler 300 and my Ford Excursion. Greg Rasmussen is always friendly and helpful. I believe he truly cares about my needs as a customer and I have never felt taken advantage of. Being a woman, I think that is important. Keep up the good work and great customer service guys (and gals)!

CVA is great! My car has been in for minor repairs and general service in the past couple of years. The guys in the service department have always been friendly and helpful, explaining what I need done and completing the service in a timely manner. Greg Rasmussen has called to let me know when my car is ready to pick up, if I needed to leave it, - usually in record time!

Dependable, and Fair Service - Central Valley Auto in Modesto (CVA), CA has been my auto repair provider for approximately 19 years. During my early years I'd take my vehicle just about anywhere for repair...price for the repair was the primary deciding factor. Unfortunately, time and again I found myself having to take my vehicle back to the repair facility because they didn't get this right, or that right. Sometimes, it requied multiple trips back before the repair was complete. Bye-bye cost savings. Finally, I'd had it, and decided that I was going to use my car manfacture's dealership for my vehicle repairs. The first thing I noticed was the elimination of having to make multiple trips back. Central Valley Auto's certified automotive technicians would get it right the first time. They know their vehicles inside, and out. This point is HUGE for me. Central Valley Chrysler Maintenance Excellent Service I want to commend Service Manager Greg Rasmussen and Advisor Julian Rucki for their excellent customer service. On my second visit Greg recognized me and called me by name. Both display patience with our insistence on perfection and take time to explain our repair needs in words that we can understand. Great job Greg and Julian! You make it easier for us to visit the cashier after our maintenance is completed. Ralph and Frances Hiatt

Out of this world service I just want to say that the service department at this place is outstanding I travel from the San Jose area just to get my car service Greg my service adviser is the best and he take excellent care of my car, he cares about his customers and treats each and everyone special that's what make it worth my drive. I'm Greg's customer for life..

deceptive practices I was delighted until my first full service, at which point I found the person who sold me the extended warranty lied about what it covered (and didn't cover). The service rep indicated they were aware of this, that the front office people were being more careful, and offered a 10% discount on the $100 charge I was not expecting. A few hundred miles later, I discovered I had no rear brakes, This was a shock as I just completed the first full service and they said everything was fine. When pressed, they admitted that there was the "minimum acceptable amount of brake lining left" when they did the inspection - yet they didn't tell me this when I picked up the car. I assume this was because the brakes were still under warranty (which expired 101 miles later). So they let me drive off knowing the brakes were essentially shot?! Awesome no pressure staff helped me get into a used Chevy cobalt with no hassle at all! I didn't have the greatest credit but they went above and beyond to get me a great car loan when everyone else said no. I love these guys and you can bet I'm going back to get my next car here too!
